IMPORTANT

ALL goods must be signed for upon receipt in order to ensure that all consumer rights can be adhered to.If goods arrive visibly damaged, the shipper documentation MUST be signed for as such.

• If there is any evidence of damage to the outer packaging, the delivery note must be signed as “damaged”
• The box and any associated packaging should not be discarded until:
  
  1. The unit within has been inspected
  2. All fixing components have been accounted for

Claims for damage after packaging has been discarded will not be considered.
If a claim is made subsequent to delivery but within 21 days, pictorial evidence of the unit in question and its associated packaging MUST be supplied in support of the claim.

Any claims made AFTER the 30 day period has elapsed will not be entertained.

RGA – Credit will be refused for any returned goods that do not arrive in a saleable condition.

For installation in North America, the warranty for your product is as follows:

2 years for electrical components
5 years for leakage

All warranties are invalid if the unit has been reworked in any way.

Installation

Vogue (UK) Ltd recommends that preparatory work such as the advance drilling of holes, installation of pipework etc. is not carried out until the product is on site and positioned for fitting.
Pipe centres for hydronic models are provided as a centre to centre connections using the Vogue (UK) range of valves.

All warranties are subject to the product having been installed by a fully qualified professional.

General

Custom items are non-returnable. Please note that certain non-stock models are also non-returnable, please confirm with our Sales Office on telephone 508-887-8771.

Products ordered incorrectly or where the specification has changed will incur a re-stock charge. Custom made products are non-refundable. Upon return of a product, Vogue (UK) Ltd reserves the right to refuse credit if the product is not made available for collection/return in accordance with the Company’s terms and conditions.

Our company policy is one of continual improvement and Vogue (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend designs, specifications or discontinue any of our products without prior notice.
